Our Trip to Bohol Python and Wildlife Park

Our twenty sixth entry in this blog is our trip to Bohol Python and Wildlife Park in Baclayon, Bohol.  This is really a fun place to visit specially for kids, and very educational too. Our little Ate Rei and Sai are always happy to visit animal places like these. They both want to touch the animals and curious as to what they are doing, what they are eating, and what are the noises they make when making sounds.  These are some of the animals we saw on that day…

The star of this wildlife park is Prony. Prony is the largest python known to be in captivity anywhere in the world. Sadly, Prony passed away in 2013 (3 years ago). But they currently have a large python, though it is still a baby. Prony is now being preserved and displayed in a room where you can go near her and take pictures with her. She really is very big and long. Still looks scary to me! 🙂

Here is the gang and a photo of our tour guide inside the park, I forgot her name… maybe it was Marimar. We hope to visit again. Soon, the baby python will be really huge and scary!
