Our 47th entry in this blog is our trip to 10,000 Roses Cafe in Cordova, Lapulapu, Cebu. This is everyone’s first time to visit the cafe. We made it a point to visit around 5:00pm so that we can watch the sunset by the beach. It is just 20 minutes away from our place in Basak, Lapulapu. Here is our little Sai, who just woke up from his nap, and Ate Rei who is very excited to see lots of white roses.

I have always loved to dine by the beach, it makes me feel relaxed. 🙂 Here is Gooya and Lolo waiting for our orders, while Ate Rei is showcasing her new favorite pose, and our little Sai looking at the beach, the sceneries, and busy finding fishes by the waters. There are also lots of airplanes passing by where you can see them up close, ready for landing at the Mactan Airport.

The cafe is quite expensive. We spent P1,600 just for snacks. Whoa! Well, I guess one time is enough. 🙂 We ordered strawberry banana smoothie, a panini, and 3 pastas. Everyone was full and with that price, we can consider that as our dinner. Hehe… 🙂 In fairness, everything was delicious.

We waited for the artificial roses to light up. And some of the trees do have their own dramatic light-ups as well. “Oh! A pink tree and a white tree!” as mentioned by Sai as soon as the light up started around 6:15pm.

So that was our visit to this unique cafe. It is indeed a very bright idea to put up something like this. Cool ambiance, great views, and good food. 🙂
