Our 83rd entry in this blog is our trip to Sky Ranch in Tagaytay, Cavite. Sky Ranch (or Sky Fun) is a network of amusement parks in the Philippines. Sky Ranch has three branches; in Tagaytay, Pampanga, and in Baguio. The first Sky Ranch amusement park opened in Tagaytay in 2013. Here is Sai walking ahead of the group as he is excited to get inside this amusement park. It’s my first time by the way, as well as Ate Rei and Sai, and also maybe Papa Dave? 🙂

This place has a perfect view of Taal Volcano, but that’s just me. hehe… We’ve been to other places here in Tagaytay this day that are overlooking the Taal Lake and this for me is a perfect spot for a good view of the volcano.

Below is Papa D and the kiddos walking around the area as we are still waiting for the twin cousins Tim and Tom. We are passing through the Super Viking. An open seated gondola which swings up to 90 degrees, back and forth. We are not going to ride that! 🙂

Our first ride is the Red Barron. Little boys and girls who aspire to be a pilot would have a wonderful time riding this airplane designed ride. Our little Sai is so excited and imagined himself as a pilot.

We also had the Grand Carousel where you can get 360-degree view of the whole Sky Ranch lot in an instant while riding in wooden horses and sleighs strategically located inside this spinning tent. And also the trio’s all time favorite: The Nessi Coaster. Nessi Coaster is Sky Ranch’s kiddie roller coaster. Ate Rei and Sai enjoyed the quick drop and swirl of this ride. This has been Papa D’s fave ride too. I can no longer count the many times they have to line up again and again just to get on this coaster several times.

One way to relax yourself in the park is to get on the Express Train. This trackless Express Train goes around the area, thus a perfect way to enjoy a fantasy land while enjoying the cool breeze of Tagaytay and the amazing train sound brought about by this ride.

It’s almost getting dark, but before we proceed with dinner, Ate Rei and Sai really want to make their stay worth it by still going to a lot of rides in the other side of the park. Here they are in a Sky Cruiser, it gives its riders an exciting aerial ride where they can control their vehicle by pedaling it around the track. Our little Sai was so sad and crying this time as he cannot enter the Sky Cruiser due to height restrictions. Poor Sai, you better eat lots of rice. hehe… 🙂 They also enjoyed this fast swing for kids. And now it’s Papa Dave’s turn to be envious.

And since they were not able to ride the Super Viking, the trio just rode the Mini Viking instead which is equally dizzying.

That was our quick visit to Tagaytay’s Sky Ranch. We are all hungry now, it’s time to eat! See you again next time Sky Ranch! 🙂
