Our 81st entry in this blog is our trip to Zoori in Tagaytay, Cavite. It is named ZooRI because it is a mini zoo located inside a Residence Inn. Oooh. Now I know. hehe 🙂 Here is a photo of a chimpanzee replica which looks real to me, and is greeting visitors at the entrance area. Ate Rei is also busy looking at some fishes and other sea creatures.

There are also displays of birds. I think these birds are preparing for their bird show. You can also view different species of reptiles like snakes, lizards, iguanas, turtles, and other cold-blooded creatures. We stayed for a while in their gazebo where you can enjoy a full scenic view of Taal Volcano. We ordered fruit shakes and bread for snacks.

Here we have Ate Rei looking at a Camel. I think this is our first time to see one. I’m not sure if there are Camels in the other zoos we went. Aside from the animals, they also have adventurous activities like the zip line and cable car.

The place is quite small. I call it a compact zoo. And like other mini zoos, it also stinks a bit. hehe. 🙂 There was this huge gorilla who I really thought was a tree trunk, but when I look up, I was shocked looking at his scary face. hehe. 🙂 It really is a nice display.

That’s it for our Zoori experience. We enjoyed the snacks and our meet and greet with the animals. Hope to visit soon 🙂
