Our 106th entry in this blog is our trip to main Tokyo area aboard a Sky Bus Tokyo Tour in Japan. Our little Sai has been asking us to let him ride a double decker bus. So this is Ate Rei and Sai’s first time to ride one. Aboard a Sky Bus Tokyo Tower Rainbow Bridge Course. But before we went to Mitsubishi Building near Tokyo Station, where we are going to get our bus tickets, we first had Ate Rei and Sai’s first Sushi Meal π

That was so yum. And Ate Rei ate a lot. Unfortunately, Sai doesn’t like it, as always. We then went to the ticket office to reserve a slot and get our bus tickets. While waiting for the time, we had another food trip nearby, just along the streets. And also went inside Apple Store for some techy tour.

And finally our bus has arrived. Everyone’s excited on board. The tour guide spoke only Japanese, and a little English sometimes. So we used the translated scripts by hearing it from headphones provided.

I was not able to listen much to the English translated tour guide since our little Sai is busy asking me this and that. Everything was so surprising for him. He is so proud to be on the tallest bus and so happy to see the cars looking so small behind him π

So, as I can remember, some of the places are….
Mitsubishi Building, Imperial Palace, Tokyo Tower, Rainbow Bridge…
Here are some photos while we are on the Rainbow Bridge. Fine weather we have today! Kinda hot actually.

We also saw the Sky Duck, the boat version of the Sky Bus.
We continued on to Toyosu, Tsukiji…

Ginza… Shopping area for the rich π

Hibiya, Marunouchi, and back to the Mitsubishi Building.

That was a fun 50 minutes of touring around Tokyo. The quickest way to see most of main Tokyo if you are in a hurry. π
