Our 113th entry in this blog is out trip to Cebu Safari Camp. It is everyone’s first time to stay in this hotel/resort inside Cebu Safari itself. We chose the 3-bedroom cabin called “Zebra”. We are in awe of how big it is and we can say that the fixtures and things are high end. We have our own sala and kitchen areas, and of course the 3 bedrooms with individual restrooms. What a perfect place to relax! 🙂

Our cabin is located just beside the pool area. The clouds on this day are so dark, thank God it did not rain. We have here a view overlooking the landscape of the mountains and the breathtaking view of the Camotes Sea.

Ate Rei and Sai are actually tired of touring the Safari area and watching their favorite wild animals but they still have the energy to play around the Safari Camp. Kids will be very happy with the play area and the cool mountain breeze while they swing, slide, run around the wide area and play.

This 3-bedroom cabin can accommodate a maximum of 10 persons. We have a room with a King-sized bed, and the other two rooms have two beds each. What we love is the sala area where everyone has space to watch movies together. And the kitchen is also spacious even with the huge dining table in the center.

Here is Ate Rei, Sai, and Papa Dave enjoying the swimming pool. The pool was sooo cold. I wonder if they are still going to install something to make the water warmer. It was really freezing! But not for these guys who are pool addicts!

It’s a good thing there is a campfire setup in between the pool area and the restaurant. It is Ate Rei and Sai’s first time to have a campfire. They were amazed by the big fire and always teasing us while getting near it, hehehe. The warmth made our bodies calm and relaxed. We also had our dinner at the Serengeti Bar. It’s always fun to dine out together with families. 🙂

For the next day, we had a yummy breakfast at the same restaurant: Serengeti Bar. The weather now is not gloomy unlike yesterday. Perfect sunny day! Everybody went out for breakfast, and also ready for the pool, the cold pool. brrrrr!

Cebu Safari also have adventure rides for the adults. We received complimentary tickets to try out one of the adventure rides. We (by we, I mean: Papa Dave, Tita Karen, and Tito Dou only. I am always afraid of thrilling rides) wanted to try the zip line but were declined due to weight limitations. lol 🙂

So we went for the Sky Bike instead where you can cycle your way in the sky! It is at almost 150 meters above the ground, definitely not for the faint-hearted like me. And here are our brave souls who went for the thrill! Hooray!

We had our photo-shoot before we went down for another round of sightseeing inside the safari. And we decided to have our lunch at the Base Camp. So before packing our things, here are our family photos.

And that was our wonderful stay at Cebu Safari Camp. We really enjoyed our 2-day stay. Hope to visit again soon. 🙂
