Our 171st entry in this blog is our trip to Quest Hotel Cebu. This is our second time to stay in this hotel. We stayed here before, last April 2021, for quarantine as was required when you enter Cebu from another place or country.

This time, we are staying here for the internet connection. 🙂

Ever since typhoon Odette hit Cebu last December 16, 2021, there is no electricity and water in our place in Basak, Lapulapu. Well, most of the places in Lapulapu City have not yet recovered from the damages brought by the typhoon. And since I need to work from home (also due to the covid pandemic), I need internet access.

Papa Dave also wants internet connection, as well as Ate Rei and Sai. 🙂 Thank God there are places in Cebu City that already have electricity, and internet connection. And this hotel is very close to where I work, so if I want to go to the office, I can just walk to get to it.

We stayed here for almost 3 weeks starting January 3, well, on-and-off since we go back to our home in Lapulapu for the weekends. So that is with 3 different rooms per week. Not bad eh! I don’t have to worry with the cleaning. hehe 🙂

If we wanted to eat something fancy, we will just walk to Ayala Mall. This may be our favorite go-to Hotel in the City 🙂 Thanks for taking care of us Quest Hotel Cebu!
