Our Trip to Serenity Farm and Resort

Our 203rd entry in this blog is our first time trip to Busay’s Serenity Farm and Resort. This was my team’s team-bonding activity, but I get to tag along my crew šŸ™‚ yey!

The place is just near the area of The Temple of Leah, not that far from the City. Just a quick drive, and a very steep ascent where you feel cold after driving, maybe not because of the cold breeze of the area, but how nervous I was during the drive. haha! šŸ™‚

We arrived safely and was able to get dibs on the Hobbit House.

It was a unique experience living in a Hobbit House. The walls are cold and there is indeed no need for air-conditioning. The design inside their Hobbit House is also impressive. Quite a different and memorable hotel/resort room. šŸ™‚

I love the door šŸ™‚ When you are inside this house, you will really feel that you are a giant. haha. You can easily reach the ceiling. The furniture are all wooden, except for the TV, of course, and the kitchen utensils are either made of wood or clay.

We went up the area to the other room areas to explore. My Lexmark team mates are renting one of the houses for the bonding night.

And here they are, always busy chit-chatting. šŸ™‚

Some of them visited our rented hobbit house as there is only one hobbit house in this mountain resort. hehe šŸ™‚

We then went to the restaurant area where the view is to die for šŸ™‚ You will literally die when you fall here, haha! Their resto is quite scary when you look down from the building. But just look in to the horizon and you will see all God’s blessings. šŸ™‚

It is getting dark and it’s time to think about dinner food. hehe. The restaurant at this time is still very quiet. Might as well order now before some other guests arrive.

The food is delicious. Plus the view and the cold breeze while eating makes the dinner perfect. šŸ™‚ As always, I forgot to take photos of our orders.

After our dinner at the resto, I went to the team’s dinner for second round. hehe. šŸ™‚ Ate Rei wants to go ahead to the hobbit house, along with Gooya, Lolo, and Sai. I stayed at the rented house for a game of Bingo.

Mornings here are cold even when sunny. It’s very quiet and we just had our good night’s sleep. What’s next is of course another set of eating, this time for breakfast. Off to the resto again for that food and the view.

After breakfast, we dipped in to their cold pool. It is just us who are in this pool for now! All the other rented houses have their own private pools.

And that was our quick visit to Busay’s Serenity Farm and Resort. We love the food, the hobbit house, the view, and the peaceful surroundings. šŸ™‚ We really wish to visit this place someday!
