Our 269th entry in this blog is our first time visit to Sungka Native Restaurant in Cordova, Cebu.

This is for Gooya’s 71st Birthday and we decided to visit Cordova with this new and unique themed restaurant. It is really fun to see the fishes gather around areas where people are dining, hoping they can also get something to eat.

You don’t give them anything other than fish food that you can buy in the restaurant for just P20.00 🙂

I don’t even think these fishes are hungry. I think they are just used to being fed every time a new set of diners come in. hehe. But look at their round mouths, maybe they really are hungry. 🙂

Sai is always attentive to the fishes’ needs. hehe 🙂 He even roams around different areas and pods to make sure all the fishes have eaten.

We also ate our lunch here. The food is fine, it’s not really superb but it tastes good. The waiter informed us of the absence of 2 of their cooks on that day for emergency reasons so they had difficulty keeping up with the orders. I think the food here is great as there are also a lot of people posting about this restaurant.

We had a great time here ate Sungka Native Restaurant. This is a good place for private events as well as their ceiling already has canopies and ready for any celebration. hehe. 🙂
