Our 288th entry in this blog is our trip to Cebu Ocean Park’s Aqua Dining in Cebu City. 🙂 Everyone is so excited to try this dining experience, as it is everyone’s first time, and of course, it is Christmas Day! 🙂 Merry Christmas!

We don’t usually go to fine dining experiences as they have minimal to no rice served at all. haha! And we are huge rice eaters. 🙂

We were greeted with a delicious and cold welcome drinks, along with the view of their jellyfish tank.

We were seated right in the middle of the big aquarium view. It is very calming, watching all the fishes swim by, while waiting for your food. hehe 🙂

We did not wait that long, our much awaited food is now served! Everything looks yummy. And they are all very delicious indeed. 🙂 We opted to take the 4-course meal. They also have the 5 and 8-course meal and ala carte selections.

For our first set of meals, we have the cornet of fish, sushi, and the pon-ko shrimp and fish furai. We also have the broccoli veloute for our second course.

For our third or main course, we have the slow cooked pork, chicken mousseline, fish in lacto foam, and sous vide native beef.

They also have this fish feeding show in the aquarium. The diners are looking happy! haha 🙂

Dessert is very luscious and flavorful. We were so tempted to order for more. We loved the tart calamansi as well as the one with mangoes.

As of this writing, rates start at only P1,500 for a 4-course dinner. P1,700 for 5-Course and P2,300 for 8-Course.

This is a very unique experience for us as we do not really go to fine dining restaurants. We were all well-behaved this day. haha! 🙂 We love to visit this restaurant again, specially on special occasions like this.
