Our 297th entry in this blog is our second time stay at Cebu Safari Camp in Carmen, Cebu.

This is our first time to stay inside a glamping tent at Cebu Safari. And it is super impressive! 🙂

The tent is huge! there are 2 bedrooms. The first room has a queen-sized bed in it where Gooya and Lolo will sleep. While the second bedroom has 3 separate single beds in it where Me, Ate Rei, and Sai will sleep. And the living room also have a huge Sofa, as good as a bed, where Ate Ebang will sleep. 🙂

After our tour at Cebu Safari (we were not able to tour everything, as we are excited to go to the camp), we checked in at around 3pm so that we can rest in the tent.

Just look at how relaxing the area is! Private pool, your own garden space, lots of table and chairs for lounging, and most specially, overlooking the greens of a fronting mountain. 🙂

Of course, we immediately dipped in the pool. We cannot wait no more! 🙂

Gooya, Lolo, and Ate Ebang are so tire from the tour and decided to sleep in their beds for siesta. As for us, it’s more relaxing by the pool. 🙂

It sometimes rain, a bit, but it made us enjoy more being in the pool. We just made sure there is no thunderstorms today. hehe.

Even if it rains at times, the sun still shines at us! 🙂 Sai is dancing here with the songs we played from a Bluetooth speaker. The songs are mostly from their recent school play. 🙂

While the others are sleeping inside, we made sure we were still relaxed while playing outside. 🙂

After pool, I went out to visit the nearby restaurant and booked our meals for dinner. 🙂 Then went back to the tent to actually wait for dinner. haha! 🙂

This is the main Safari Camp area. We stayed here before (in 2019), 6 years ago already. We loved our stay back then in the 3-bedroom cabin and very near the pool.

I noticed that the kids’ playground is no longer here. I remember it to have a kiddie swing and maybe some monkey bars? But the area is still clean and well maintained.

Dinner time and we already went out of hiding from our glamorous tent! haha 🙂 It is just a short walk, maybe just 1 minute, from out tent to Serengeti Bar and Cafe.

The food is great. Everything has been prepared for us already when we arrived. Food is still warm and fried stuffs are very crunchy. 🙂

We had our dinner early, so it is still quiet bright when we went back to our tents. We wanted to rest early as well to prepare ourselves for another tour in the park tomorrow.

We had a very good sleep. But there are some interesting things here to see as well. haha. There was a big frog always staying at our glass door and waiting for some insects to get near the glass (as the insects thought they can get in our bright and lighted tent). And there are 2 ‘toko’ or a gecko lizard inside the tent! haha. But they did nothing. They were just gone when I woke up in the morning.

I went out early to see the sunrise. The sky was still pinkish and so sweet and calming to stare at. 🙂 The others are still very much asleep.

While waiting for the others to wake up, I decided to take photos of the interesting furnitures in the tent.

Every decoration has details that are related to nature and safari. These has been well thought off. We also brought with us our Jumanji board game. It fits well with the theme as we are in Safari, and surrounded by animals. 🙂

Our early room service breakfast arrived and we are so ready to start our day right! 🙂

We had our sumptuous breakfast while listening to Lolo’s favorite Beatles songs. And lastly, before starting our day 2 tour of the Safari, we all dipped and pool and had some fun! 🙂

And that’s our overnight stay at Cebu Safari Camp. We have tried the Cabin, and now the Camp. I wonder if they will have another type of stay rooms soon. 🙂
