Our 303rd entry in our digital diary is our first time stay at Toy Story Hotel in Tokyo Disney Resort, Japan. Right after our day adventure at Tokyo Disney Sea, we went out from the park using the new Fantasy Spring entrance gate at Bayside Station and simply crossed the road towards the hotel.

The Tokyo Disney Resort Toy Story Hotel is inspired by the Disney and Pixar Toy Story films,
immersing guests in a world filled with the wonder of childhood dreams, imagination and play.

This is the fifth Disney-branded hotel built at Tokyo Disney Resort in Urayasu, Chiba, Japan. It opened on April 5, 2022, that’s 3 years ago, and was constructed under a license from The Walt Disney Company. The hotel is managed by The Oriental Land Company.

I am in love with the room. It really feels like you are a kid again. 🙂

The Toy Story Hotel offers 575 Standard and 20 Superior Type Rooms capable of accommodating three or four adults. We stayed in a standard room and it themed as if it is Andy’s room. All rooms consist of two regular beds, a trundle bed with some rooms featuring a pull-down bed. We had a pull down bed for Ate Rei. 🙂

The shower and toilet are two separate rooms. In between this two rooms is the sink area. I love the layout. The slippers are soft, the blue wall clock is playful, and the hangers are placed in giant push pins. 🙂

Toy Story Hotel is in 2 Disney Resorts, here in Tokyo Disney Resort, and in Shanghai Disney Resort. Like the Shanghai hotel, this version has two sections, the Sheriff Woody wing and the Buzz Lightyear wing, though only the elevators are different looking.

Since we had a very good night sleep, we decided to eat (even though it’s expensive hehe) at their breakfast buffet in the Lotso Garden Cafe. And boy, everything is so delicious and worth it!

I cannot count the times I went for the sausage. And Ate Rei keeps on coming back for their blueberry panna cotta. Sai, as usual, eats bread and pancakes. Papa Dave loves everything, specially coffee. 🙂

The cafe has a big area so you will not feel the crowd at all. They also announce once there is a new serving for warm bread and doughnuts. 🙂

After our breakfast, we explored the other parts of the hotel. They have the slinky dog park, and the Toy Friends Square.

The shape of the windows kinda reminded us of the Legoland Hotel. It’s very colorful and so fun to play around. 🙂

The courtyard, accessed from the lobby, features statues of Woody, Bo Peep and other Toy Story characters.

We stayed here for a while and looked at the ocean view part of the park. Sai enjoyed running around while naming all the characters he could see. Ate Rei said that they are missing a lot of characters: Sid, Barbie and Ken. hehe 🙂

We then headed back to our room, took a shower, and prepare our things for checkout. We still need to go out in time to meet Ate Rei’s classmates at Daiba area.

The plaza in front of the entrance features a board game themed to Slinky, with statues of Buzz Lightyear and Jessie. This is the slinky dog park.

We are now heading to Daiba area to meet with the others and visit TeamLab. 🙂 Until next time Toy Story Hotel!
